Focus on short-term fitness goals. Investigate a Gym, Yoga or Pilates studio in your area, there are plenty of interesting and FUN ways of staying fit in Toronto – consider taking a dance class or even a women’s only fitness class.
Whatever works for you just make a choice you’ll enjoy, anything is better then nothing.
The most precious asset we have is time, don’t waste it!
