Tea is the most commonly consumed beverage in the world after water. Green Tea is a healthy beverage offering many benefits due to its antioxidant properties.

Studies regarding the benefits have been liked to success in cancer prevention, weight loss, reduction of inflammation and boost the immune system.

There are many varieties of green tea sold on the market today. My favourite is Stash Green Tea Sampler.

This particular beverage should be consumed on a daily basis. This will allow you to reap the many benefits that it has to offer.


Exercise of the Month – TYI Raises    *As seen on video

Start: Lie facedown on the floor with your arms resting on the floor, completely straight and at a 90-degree angle to your body, so they form a T.

-Your palms should be facing each other, so that the thumbside of your hand points up.

-Raise your arms as high as you comfortably can.

Repeat: In Y shape, and I


Anyone can meditate. One of the best stress relief strategies is to meditate.  Start by Singularly focusing on one object, thing or task. When it comes to meditation consistency is key. It doesn’t matter how long your practise is, it just matters that you have a practise.  5 minutes a day goes a long way.


– To gaze at a candle

– Take a walk in nature

– Gaze into a sunset

– Repeat a Prayer/Montra

Try to meditating today! And experience the many befits for the Body, Mind and Spirit!
