1) NUTRITION

While Greek Yogourt has the reputation of being thicker & not as sweet. A one-cup serving of regular yogurt has about ten grams of protein, while a one-cup serving of Greek Yogurt has about 20 grams of protein.

I recommend buying the plain or vanilla flavor.

Snack Idea: In the morning pack Greek Yogourt, Cinnamon, and frozen Blueberries in a leakproof, secure container. Its a perfect snack that stays cold all day long until snack time.

Other Delicious Snack Ideas: I also use Greek yogourt in smoothies. With Honey & Nuts or Granola.  The possibilities are endless.

I have definitely developed a love for a product that packs a protein punch and leaves me feeling full and satisfied!

3) WELLNESS

Starting on September 29thEXTREME FITNESS will host dance and fitness professional Eva Redpath for 4 exclusive STREETDANCE 3D DANCE CLASSES.
